Client Details

This Midwest-based contract manufacturer specializes in precision CNC turning, milling, and broaching to produce custom metal components. Their manufacturing capabilities span from initial prototyping to high-volume production for various industries. Key products include suspension and powertrain components, fuel and fluid manifold blocks, engine heads, and exhaust hardware

Description

  • Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency (Gibbscam/Mastercam)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and technologies.

Profile
