Job DescriptionSupport production in the development and implementation of standard work. Create lean work cells and product flow. Evaluate and update manufacturing processes, machine utilization, and setup time. Support NPI and NPD efforts, as well as internal process change and validation studies. Develop product and project estimates/quotes, using GibbsCAM, and NC Plot in Excel. Develop and write CNC Programs for turning and milling machines. Engineering Degree preferred, if not 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in a low volume, high mix environment. Strong LEan/CI experience. Exposure to heat treating and plating is a big plus. Experience with indirect leadership - helping those around you grow - a huge plus.What's on OfferSalary range from 80,000-90,000.
