    What You’ll Do\n
    • \n
    • Process & ERP Engineering: Build and maintain ERP engineering masters, bills of materials (BOMs), and production routings.
    • \n
    • CNC & Tooling: Support CNC programming for sheet metal/fabrication machinery, and design efficiency-boosting fixtures/tooling in CAD.
    • \n
    • Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve non-conformance issues and optimize production methods.
    • \n
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives to reduce costs, enhance quality, and evaluate new equipment/technologies.
    • \n
    • Design for Manufacturability: Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability reviews and make-vs-buy evaluations.
    • \n
    What We’re Looking For\n
    • \n
    • Location: Onsite / Shop-floor support in Thompson, CT (occasional domestic and international travel required).
    • \n
    • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
    • \n
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), reading engineering drawings & electrical schematics, and managing ERP manufacturing data.
    • \n
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to support production floor teams directly.
    • \n
    • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications\n
    • \n
    • Experience with sheet metal fabrication and supporting CNC equipment.
    • \n
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Six Sigma).
