Our innovative approach to designing and manufacturing high-efficiency lightweight millimeter-wave and near-THz RF power amplifiers is shaping the future of wireless connectivity beyond 5G. We are actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, we invite you to join our team!Responsibilities The Manufacturing Engineer at Elve will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.Conduct root cause analyses, participate in design reviews, and optimize production workflows.Develop manufacturing documentation, train staff on new processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Work Environment May include some or all of the following environments: Manufacturing Facility, Cleanroom, Laboratory, OfficeRequirements Must have: Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniquesHands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentGood to have: Experience in RF or high-tech manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesFamiliarity with process improvement methodologiesExperience with statistical process control (SPC)Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fieldExperience with production documentation and process analysisAbility to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical manufacturing activities as requiredExport control eligibility: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Dept. of StateBenefits Competitive salaryHealth benefits (medical, dental, vision)Vacation timeA taste of the start-up lifeExposure to cutting-edge technology in vacuum electronics, materials science, and additive manufacturingCollaboration with Ph.D. and masters-level engineersWhat It\'s Like To Work At ElveWe are a small team (for now!) on a mission to bring the next generation of high-speed wireless connectivity to a billion people worldwide.
