Manufacturing Engineer

This position involves developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods to meet customer needs by applying knowledge of product design, materials, tooling, equipment capabilities, and quality standards.

• Analyzes workforce utilization, space, and workflow requirements.
• Estimates production times, staffing, and costs for management decisions.
• Communicates manufacturing capabilities and production schedules to facilitate operations.
• Applies engineering judgment to resolve conflicting design objectives.
• Recommends efficient, cost-effective equipment and processes to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participates in project development from concept to production.
• Supports control plan development, inspection methods, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Assists in project tracking, metric development, and may train personnel.

  Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and location. The role is salaried with no incentive.
