Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer/Electrical Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI

Overview

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in electrical component and transformer assembly manufacturing. The candidate will support process development, validation, engineering changes, continuous improvement, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Support transformer and electrical component assembly processes.
  • Review and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Update legacy products and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and production integration.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
  • Perform process validation and qualification activities.
  • Maintain manufacturing documentation and design records.
  • Update CAD models and engineering drawings.
  • Support production document revisions and redline updates.
  • Train operators and technicians on processes and equipment.
  • Use measuring instruments and power tools safely.
  • Support continuous improvement and Six Sigma initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
  • Experience with transformer assembly and electrical component manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of electrical panel wiring and termination.
  • Familiarity with UL and NEC codes.
  • Experience with process validation and change management.
  • Ability to use CAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
