Manufacturing Engineer

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required. 

Complete assignments to improve manufacturing processes and procedures, based on LEAN assembly principles. Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for assembly, Client-assembly, soldering, component removal/installation, coating and otherwise preparing basic material, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods and operator effectiveness and comfort. Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. 1. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. 2. Personal computer skills- Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) 3. Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently 4. Attention to detail 5. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Minimum 4 years work experience required.

Associate's Degree, or equivalent four years work experience
