Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1.Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings 2.Knowledge of GD & T 3.Experience in process planning and inspection planning 4.Shop Floor Experience 5.Able to understand process specifications 6.Experience in methods of manufacturing for the Aero engine parts 7.Experience in creation of Technical Instruction / Work Instruction 8.Experience in creation of First Article Inspection Report / Last Article Inspection Report (FAIR/LAIR) and Review as per AS9102 Rev c 9.Experience in APQP / PPAP creation and Review as per AS9145 10.Knowledge of QMS as per AS13100 11.Experience in creating Dimensional Characteristic matrix and Electronic Data capture form 12.Experience in creation of PFMEA & Control plan 13.Experience in basic inspection instruments 14.Process Capability Analysis (CP CPK study) using Minitab 15.External Supply Chain Support
Roles & Responsibilities 1.Engineering Drawing & GD&T Interpretation Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications to understand design intent, tolerances, and functional requirements. Apply GD&T principles to support manufacturability, inspection planning, and acceptance criteria. Clarify drawing queries and support engineering change assessments from a manufacturing perspective.
Salary Range : $63,400-$120,000 a year
