Our tolerances are measured in microns, our equipment is top-of-the-line, and our team is passionate about quality craftsmanship.Job DescriptionThe manufacturing engineer position develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products.RequirementsGood understanding of various capabilities of Subtractive Manufacturing which includes but not limited to Milling, Turning, chemical and electrical.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and assembly.Familiar with manufacturing equipment.Proficient in print reading. Must have good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for English and Metric system.Knowledgeable to various inspection techniques and methodsFamiliar in relevant software like Solidworks, MS OfficeProject management skillsLean Manufacturing experience and knowledge.
