Description

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in CAD software, with preference for AutoCAD experience

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes

• Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products, components, and systems based on customer specifications

• Create detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)

• Conduct research and feasibility analysis to evaluate performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality control, and project management teams to ensure successful product implementation

• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate and optimize designs

• Conduct product testing and analyze data to identify improvements and ensure performance standards are met

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing and design engineering
