THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving standardized manufacturing processes using data-driven analysis to enhance efficiency, stability, and throughput. This position supports new machine setups, leads root-cause investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and production variability. The individual contributes to floor-support and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, supports training needs, and contributes to cost-reduction initiatives and process optimization across the operation.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical experience required.
3-7 years of manufacturing and engineering experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of:
Manufacturing process development, documentation and improvement
Engineering contributions to equipment efficiency and reliability
Advanced project coordination and execution
Practice in structured problem solving methodologies (i.e. DMAIC) desired.
Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Problem solver with demonstrated root cause analysis techniques.
Professional, respectful communication and collaboration skills.
