Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or other software for multi-axis milling, turning, grinding, and/or EDM.
Program 3, 4, or 5-axis machines including VMC, VBM, VTL, HBM, HMC, EDM (wire, sinker, fast hole), etc.
Work on Okuma, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor utilizing Vericut.
Provide CNC-related support to Manufacturing Engineers and offer training to operators, programmers, and MEs as required.
Provide daily operator support in the form of CNC programming and troubleshooting support to the shop floor.

Requirements:
Experience with high-level machine tool controls including sub-routine (macro), Renishaw probing routine, and variable-based programming, as well as CLM (closed loop machining).
Strong problem-solving and organization skills, with above-average shop math skills in geometry and trigonometry.
Experience machining high-temperature superalloys found in HDGT or Aerospace components.
