Our Hamilton, Washington facility specializes in manufacturing and machining large, complex composite and metallic structures for the aerospace and space exploration markets.
Department Summaryâ¯
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the production processes associated with machining, composite fabricating, finishing and assembling composite tooling, metallic tooling or production parts. This includes basic research and development, process optimization, design and testing duties in an AS9100 Certified facility.

Wage range for this role is betweenâ¯$83,000-$145,000, plusâ¯benefits and eligibility forâ¯a discretionary bonus. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work and accessâ¯assignments.â¯The range provided isâ¯Janicki'sâ¯estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills and abilities.â¯
Shift Availabilityâ¯
Weekends: Friday-Sunday, 12 hr. days (36hrs paid at full-time 40hrs) - 5:00-17:30
