Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on the production floor? As a Manufacturing Engineer at Rehlko, you'll be at the center of our operations - owning continuous improvement, solving real production challenges, and helping our teams build world-class home energy products. You'll apply Lean Manufacturing principles, collaborate across functions, and make a visible impact from day one. This is not a desk job - it's a career launch pad for engineers who want to learn fast, lead early, and grow with a global brand.
Specific Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement that matters. You'll lead and participate in Rehlko Operating System events, productivity initiatives, and cost reduction projects - making a direct, measurable impact on your area of the plant.

Solve production problems, fast. Working alongside Production Supervisors, Materials Engineers, and Design Engineers, you'll analyze operations to maximize equipment utilization, improve quality, and keep the line moving.
Help bring new products to life. You'll collaborate with Design Engineering, Marketing, and the production floor to coordinate new product introductions - establishing shop routes, evaluating capacity, and ensuring a smooth launch from engineering to production.
Be the technical resource your team relies on. You'll provide hands-on technical support, monitor critical processes, partner with Maintenance to sustain equipment, and coordinate with Quality Engineering to maintain ISO9001 compliance.
Keep us compliant. You'll ensure adherence to applicable product compliance requirements including the Clean Air Act, California Code of Regulations, and California Health and Safety Code
