Job Summary Responsible for ensuring transformer components are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to identify opportunities for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Engineer will support production operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring transformer components are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Manufacturing Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Production, to identify opportunities for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proven experience in transformer maintenance, testing, and installation.
Communication proficiency. Critical Thinking.
Interpersonal Skills. Leadership. Self-Motivated. Time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Environment/Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and experience with ERP systems required
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required.
Level of Experience At least 2-5 years of experience working with transformers.
Salary Salary $80.000 - $120.000 depending on experience
