    Description

    Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer
    Job Location: Henderson , CO
    Job Shift: M-F 7:00am - 4:00pm (onsite)
    Job Duration : 12 Months on W2


    Roles and Responsibilities :
    * Supporting production needs in real time (line support) through process, tooling, and documentation solutions across all areas of the business
    * Driving safety, quality, and delivery improvements and projects
    * Executing small to medium sized projects
    * Creating and maintaining accurate work instructions
    * Acting as a go-to technical resource on the floor
    SAFETY Required Behaviors:
    - stop unsafe work immediately
    - report all hazards/incidents immediately
    - Use PPE 100% of the time
    - Correct hazards within control
    - Actively identifies risks and works to problem solve along with team
    - LOTO Authorized
    Work Instructions and Process Documentation:
    - Technician owns the accuracy, usability, and timeliness of process documentation.
    - Review production issues tied to documentation
    - Update WIs proactively
    - Validate instructions on the floor with operators
    Process Ownership and Support:
    - Technician is the first line of support for process related issues
    - Reduce repeat process issues
    - Provide solution or escalation within 24 hours of issue
    - Investigate root cause of issues in production
    - Support in Ops Meetings - PQP, End of Day, etc.
    Tooling and Equipment Support:
    - Technician ensures tooling supports efficient and repeatable process
    - Tooling improvements resolved/escalated within 48 hours
    - Tooling improvements follow MOC and MCR processes, and have documentation associated
    - Completes validation testing for any new tools on the floor
    Project Execution:
    - Technician independently executes assigned small to medium sized projects with clear deliverables and timelines
    - Completes project on time (> 90%)
    - Project delivers on defined and measured outputs
    - Document project progress
    - Uses : problem solving and project management tools (Ex: Excel, Time Studies, Cross Functional Meetings, 5WHY, MOC, etc.)
    Continuous Improvement:
    - Technician actively improves processes, not just maintains them
    - Identifies inefficiencies and proposes solutions to fix them
    - Implement and validate improvements
    - Work across functions to get overall impact - Ops, QE, HSE
    Quality and Process Control:
    * Technician ensures processes are consistent by ensuring process changes are controlled and documented
    * Support root cause analysis
    * Update process documentation after changes
    * Participate in problem solving
    Communication and Cross Functional Coordination:
    * Technician communicates independently and clearly across production, engineering, and support teams
    * Provides clear updates on projects and action items in meetings or via email
    * Effective coordination during changes/projects
    * Including cross functional collaboration and decision making
    * Create and attend meetings

    Required:
    High school diploma, with a college degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
