Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 1 year engineering experience preferred
- Alternatively:
- Associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or
- High school diploma/equivalent + 4 years relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing engineering/process improvement
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with technical drawings, prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers
- Strong problem-solving and statistical/quality tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience developing/executing project plans and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and training
