Job Summary: This role is focused on optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. You will be instrumental in implementing new technologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives within production. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to resolve manufacturing challenges and meet regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop, validate, and implement new production processes.
- Provide technical support for new product introductions.
- Identify and implement automation for increased efficiency.
- Analyze data to find areas for betterment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with automation systems.
- Expertise in process validation.
- Proven success in implementing process improvements.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing industry is required for this position.
