Manufacturing Engineer IIID: 2026-9069Department: EngineeringPosition Type: RegularLocation: US-ND-GraftonJob OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer II plays a key role in supporting core manufacturing fundamentals – Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Reduction – through process development and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operations and cross‑functional teams to drive process efficiency, implement lean principles, and support capital investment and product development initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.Highlights of your roleIdentify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production and business processesDesign and improve manufacturing processes, standard work, and process documentationDeploy lean manufacturing concepts and provide training across the organizationServe as a Process Lead on PPT/IPT and cross‑functional projectsAnalyze data to identify root causes and support effective problem‑solving decisionsLead or support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production line constraintsDevelop and maintain production line layouts, tooling, jigs, and fixturesProvide direction and feedback on project feasibility, risks, and return on investmentInvestigate quality concerns, determine root causes, and implement preventative actionsEnsure quality standards are met and prevent nonconforming product from leaving the facilityYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of 1 year of project management experienceMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing process development or process improvement experienceBenefits$300 annual wellbeing account to spend on what helps you feel happy + healthyBetter Living Day!
