    Work ModelThis is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Manufacturing EngineerRegal Rexnord Nook Cleveland Division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. The role is responsible for developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.Job SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer will create and maintain assembly process drawings, work instructions, standard work documentation, and manufacturing procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain assembly process and manufacturing documentation, including:Process technology booksWork instructionsStandard work documentsVisual aids and operator guidesCollaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturability and efficient assembly processes.Support new product introductions by developing assembly processes, tooling requirements, and operator instructions.Conduct continuous improvement efforts (including DOE) and analyze data to improve processes and Lean Manufacturing.Develop and create operation‑specific process prints utilizing SolidWorks.Develop process routings considering final print tolerance requirements and the effect of multiple machining or special operations (e.g., heat treat, plating, electropolishing).Develop and manage schedules for manufacturing projects and troubleshoot the process as necessary.Implement process plans and quality plans necessary to meet part quality requirements.Design tooling, fixturing, and gauges required to produce a quality product.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with others.Demonstrated development of tooling, fixturing, and gauges. Proficient in Word and Excel. Demonstrated working knowledge of SolidWorks and GD&T.Physical Demand and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
