Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer II will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and safety.
- Analyze manufacturing data to drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Support capital equipment projects, validation activities, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 4+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience within a production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, process validation, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting machining, assembly, automation, or industrial manufacturing operations
