This role helps develop and implement manufacturing solutions across various products.ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, tools, and fixturesHelp identify and resolve production issues, defects, and assembly challengesConduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teamsUse Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insightsTrack and report key metrics such as throughput, efficiency, downtime, and qualitySupport continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsAssist in selecting and qualifying new equipment and technologiesPerform root cause analysis and support corrective actionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related engineering field, with 2–4 years of manufacturing experience.Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, and material handling processes.Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred.Strong computer skills, including Windows-based systems and enterprise software tools.Ability to read, write, and understand basic technical instructions, correspondence, and visual aids.Solid mathematical skills, including working with fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages, and basic data interpretation (e.g., graphs).Ability to follow instructions, use sound judgment, and manage routine tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
