Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II
Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for coordinating the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations. This role plays a key part in the transformation of facilities, technology transfer, and the ongoing maintenance of mixed model lines or value streams. The engineer will ensure the ongoing success of process improvement initiatives by implementing necessary policies, procedures, and process documentation. Additionally, the position involves implementing demand-driven principles and strategies that support operational excellence and long-term plans with a focus on flexibility, speed, and responsiveness.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
