Manufacturing Engineer II – Video & Audio Systems
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II with a strong mechanical engineering background to support the production and quality of innovative Video and Audio products. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to develop manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions
  • Support new product introductions, process validations, and first article inspections
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Partner with suppliers and support supplier quality activities
  • Support quality systems, audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to optimize manufacturing performance
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing process experience
  • Experience working within an ISO 13485 regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting Class I medical device manufacturing required
  • Experience with Class II medical devices is a plus
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
