Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer III

Role & Responsibilities
- Translate engineering drawings, configurations, and intent into operational manufacturing processes and work instructions for electromechanical hardware.
- Lead DFM/DFA reviews and FMEA studies to strengthen the feedback loop between design, build, and test.
- Identify and deploy new or improved manufacturing methods to enhance quality, reduce cost, and optimize build schedules.
- Manage hardware configuration, non-conformance disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective actions throughout the build and test lifecycle.
- Interface with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure hardware is produced, packaged, and delivered on time and on budget.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, including electromechanical hardware; aerospace, defense, or space systems experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency reading mechanical (GD&T) and electrical drawings (schematics, wiring diagrams); experience defining process flows and selecting production equipment.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
