The role will play a key part in optimizing production processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading lean manufacturing initiatives in a custom fabrication setting.

Description
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
- Support fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing operations
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and work instructions
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support manufacturing and production needs
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Assist with process optimization and implementation of best practices across the facility
Profile
- Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or related engineering role
- Background in sheet metal manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
- Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
