This Manufacturing Engineer II will be responsible for:
Designing and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes
Providing manufacturing input during product development activities
Applying DFMA and Lean principles to improve production efficiency
Creating detailed BOMs and supporting equipment builds
Interfacing with automation and electromechanical systems
Identifying equipment needs and managing capital equipment projects
Developing and documenting standardized work instructions
Analyzing production bottlenecks and conducting time studies
Leading Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S initiatives
Redesigning work centers and manufacturing layouts for efficiency

A Successful Manufacturing Engineer II will have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
Proficiency with CAD software; Autodesk Inventor preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Knowledge of GD&T DOE experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
