Manufacturing Engineer

Support new product introduction (NPI) and transition products from engineering into manufacturing.
Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements focused on quality, throughput, ergonomics, and cost reduction.
Provide hands-on shop floor support to resolve manufacturing, quality, and yield issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on DFM and DFA initiatives.
Support material cost reduction and lead time improvement projects.
Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Design or specify tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve component manufacturability and sourcing.
Support ERP data accuracy, production reporting, and KPI tracking.
Train and support production personnel on new processes and standard work.

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience within capital equipment, automation, or electromechanical manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience supporting production activities on the manufacturing floor.
Knowledge of manufacturing process development and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Experience developing manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process controls.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing or supporting tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes.
Experience working within ISO-based or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
