Your programming skills and experience will be essential for excelling in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve line-build issues to optimize manufacturing processes
- Utilize ERP systems to analyze data and extract meaningful insights for process improvement
- Provide extensive factory support to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement clear procedures and documentation to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Apply programming skills to develop applications and software tools for manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related manufacturing engineering, manufacturing management, or programming role
- Demonstrated proficiency in software tools and programming languages such as LabView, .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and more
- Strong knowledge of Lean Principles and their application in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical components helpful
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in MRP and ERP systems
