Job Responsibilities
Generate and maintain CNC programs using NX-CAM or similar software for multi-axis milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.
Program 3, 4, or 5-axis machines including VMC, VBM, VTL, HBM, HMC, EDM (wire, sinker, fast hole).
Work with Okuma, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
Verify new CNC programs using Vericut before shop floor release.
Support M.E. with CNC-related tasks and train operators, programmers, and MEs as needed.
Provide daily operator support in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Proficiency in CNC programming and multi-axis machine operations.
Experience with high-level machine tool controls, including sub-routine and macro programming.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in geometry and trigonometry.
Experience machining high-temperature superalloys for HDGT or Aerospace components.
Preferences
