Manufacturing Engineer Location: Jackson MO - Onsite Schedule: Full-Time Type: 6 month Contract Pay Range: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our client’s onsite production excellence, process optimization, and cost reduction in their high-performance manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and quality Inspect, maintain, and optimize mechanical equipment performance Identify production issues and implement effective solutions Conduct cost-benefit analysis for process improvements Design equipment layouts, workflows, and production systems Develop and implement quality control and cost-saving initiatives Document activities, research, and performance reports Required Qualifications: Experience in baby care or premium product manufacturing and loss elimination Strong knowledge of product quality systems Proficiency with digital manufacturing tools (Veeva, SAP, QView, Augury, BadBoih) Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
