Description:
A growing manufacturing organization in Kensington, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to help develop, improve, and integrate manufacturing processes across new and existing production programs.

This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product design, tooling, production, assembly, and process improvement. You'll partner closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure products can be manufactured safely, efficiently, and consistently.

What You'll Do

• Develop, build, and refine manufacturing and production engineering processes
• Partner with Engineering and Production teams on product design and tooling to support efficient manufacturing
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
• Design and develop manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
• Determine appropriate manufacturing processes based on product specifications and production requirements
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and manufacturability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges and support successful production launches

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
• Candidates with 6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Candidates with a Master's degree may be considered with no prior experience required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Ability to work effectively with both Engineering and Production teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate product requirements into practical manufacturing processes
• Experience with manufacturing, assembly, tooling, fixtures, or automation is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a production environment
