Purpose and Scope
The Lead Manufacturing Engineer applies advanced technical knowledge and expertise to design, develop, program, and launch products from concept to production, with a strong emphasis on expert-level CNC programming and machining process development for new products.
Responsibilities
Technical/Functional skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in engineering AND nine years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including CNC programming and process development
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering AND seven years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment
OR
Master's degree in engineering AND five years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience leading CNC programming and machining strategy for new product introduction
