Position OverviewInternational is looking for Manufacturing Engineer Lead Senior!In this role, you will be operating as an independent contributor within the Professional Track, this role leverages advanced, wide-ranging expertise to solve complex issues in innovative ways. The position requires a deep understanding of functional methodologies to execute highly specialized projects, exercise strategic judgment, and recommend organizational best practices.As a recognized subject matter expert, the individual networks externally, adapts precedents to develop novel solutions, and operates with autonomy in all but the most complex situations. Furthermore, they serve as a vital resource for quality, taking the lead on functional teams to train, guide, and mentor less experienced colleagues.Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm; Must be flexible.ResponsibilitiesDevelops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product manufacturing experience, at least 1 year of lead experience.Master's degree and at least 3 years of product manufacturing experience, at least 1 year of lead experience.At least 8 years of product manufacturing experience, at least 1 year of lead experience.Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
