Description
- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to support efficient and high-quality production.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are incorporated into product designs.
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing by establishing production and assembly methods.
- Design and implement manufacturing fixtures and tooling solutions for both new and existing products.
- Evaluate production requirements and determine appropriate manufacturing methods to achieve performance and quality objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Assist with manufacturing automation projects and process development activities.
- Collaborate across departments to support operational goals and production performance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, tooling, and production workflows.
- Experience supporting new product introduction and process development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and production teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with automation, lean manufacturing, or process optimization methodologies is advantageous.
