We are seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in tooling design, weld tooling, 3D CAD, and manufacturing process optimization. The role involves supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes, improving productivity, implementing lean principles, and collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.Primary Responsibilities Design, validate, and implement weld and assembly tooling/templates.Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, CNs, and DOUs.Plan assembly processes and develop material handling solutions, including racking systems, carts, and special-purpose devices.Develop and optimize manufacturing process flows to reduce cost and improve efficiency.Apply Lean manufacturing and 5S principles to production lines.Perform quality checks using gauges and ensure process standardization.Collaborate daily with project teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for project execution and status reviews.Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement productivity enhancements.Coordinate with onsite managers and offshore teams for project updates and reviews.Required Technical & Functional Skills Strong tooling design and validation experience, specifically weld tooling/templates.Hands-on 3D CAD proficiency: SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA (MUST).Complete manufacturing/industrial engineering support experience.Experience in assembly process planning and material handling equipment design.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S implementation, and process improvement.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
