They offer stability, strong tenure across departments, and a culture that values problem-solving.Job DescriptionAnalyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop standardized work instructions and production documentation.Conduct time studies to establish accurate production benchmarks.Partner with engineering teams to ensure product designs support manufacturability.Diagnose and resolve production issues on the shop floor.Lead or contribute to lean manufacturing and efficiency initiatives.Design and refine tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance workflow.Maintain routings, BOMs, and manufacturing data within relevant systems.Research and apply emerging manufacturing technologies when beneficial.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
