    Description

    Required SkillsBachelor's/Master's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial EngineeringStrong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance processes, and spare parts managementExperience with data analysis (part consumption, availability, cost optimization)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (reporting and presentations)Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teamsSupplier coordination/procurement experience (preferred)Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage spare parts strategy for production equipmentAnalyze machine components (pumps, motors, drives, valves, tools) and identify OEM part numbersIdentify and qualify suppliers for critical spare partsOptimize procurement processes to reduce lead times and avoid downtimeAnalyze BOMs, maintenance data, and failure history to define critical spares and stock levelsSupport maintenance teams with technical insights and documentationDrive cross-functional alignment to improve machine reliability and uptime#J-18808-Ljbffr
