Rising costs and strained supply chains are exposing the limits of traditional manufacturing.We're partnered with a company building propulsion systems differently, combining modern engineering tools, digital infrastructure, and a production-first mindset to design and scale hardware faster and more efficiently.They're looking for a Manufacturing / Design Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering intent and real-world production, ensuring complex propeller systems are manufacturable, scalable, and built to aerospace standards.What you'll do: Act as the link between Design Engineering and the shop floorAssess designs for manufacturability, including tooling strategy, build sequence, and process readinessDevelop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and MBOMsSupport production readiness and execution to meet schedule targetsTroubleshoot shop floor issues using root cause and corrective actionDrive improvements across tooling, processes, and manufacturing flowSupport MRB and disposition of non-conforming materialWork cross-functionally with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and OperationsWhat they're looking for: 6+ years in manufacturing engineering within a production environmentStrong experience supporting shop floor manufacturing in fast-paced settingsBackground in fabrication and assembly processesExperience creating work instructions and manufacturing plansStrong drawing interpretation skills with GD&TFamiliarity with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, or similar)Comfortable working hands-on with production teams to solve problemsNice to have: Aerospace manufacturingComposite fabrication or assembly processesMES or digital manufacturing systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
