About the OpportunityA growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. What You'll Do- Partner with production and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and throughput
- Support the launch of new products, projects, and manufacturing initiatives
- Troubleshoot process challenges and implement effective corrective actions
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process standards
- Participate in cross-functional improvement projects focused on operational excellence
- Evaluate manufacturing readiness and support successful implementation of new work
- Collaborate with quality, planning, and operations teams to optimize performance
- Assist with equipment, tooling, and process-related engineering activities
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, production, or process engineering activities
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience interpreting technical documentation and manufacturing requirements
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and ownership
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Preferred Experience- Experience within a high-mix manufacturing environment
- Exposure to ERP, MRP, or other manufacturing business systems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and structured problem-solving techniques
- Background working directly with production teams in a hands-on capacity
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $99,998.00 per year
