Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing production tools and machines and developing effective solutions to production challenges related to materials, processes, and tooling. This role supports new programs by creating and implementing new manufacturing processes, designing tooling and machinery, and establishing robust production controls. The Manufacturing Engineer also sets up new equipment, verifies its reliable operation, and trains others to use it safely and effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient production performance.

Work Environment
This role is based fully on site in Mitchell within a manufacturing facility. The position involves frequent interaction with production equipment, tooling, and machinery on the shop floor, as well as time spent in an engineering or office setting for design, documentation, and process planning. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
