Your work will directly influence safety, quality, efficiency, and the success of our operation.**General Description**The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the processes and equipment used in our manufacturing operations. This role supports day‐to‐day plant activity while driving strategic improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and cost performance. You'll collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, bring innovative ideas to the floor, and lead efforts that make our manufacturing systems safer, smarter, and more efficient.**Job Responsibilities*** Review manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop and implement improvement initiatives* Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, relieve bottlenecks, and address capacity constraints* Provide hands‐on, day‐to‐day engineering support to assigned production areas* Identify root causes and implement corrective actions using structured problem‐solving tools* Design and redesign manufacturing cell layouts for optimal material flow and efficiency* Develop and maintain standard work to meet quality requirements and strengthen business continuity* Ensure compliance with all company policies while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and results* Perform other duties as assigned**Education and Experience****Required:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)* 4+ years of experience in metals machining and electronics manufacturing* Experience with AutoCAD for work cell layouts and design* Strong working knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies* Demonstrated success leading impactful cost‐savings or process‐improvement initiatives* Proven ability to excel in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment and make effective real‐time decisions**Preferred:*** CNC programming experience* Lean or Six Sigma certification**Why You'll Love This Role / What We Offer*** **Purpose‐Driven Work:** See the direct impact of your ideas on safety, quality, and operational performance* **Ownership & Influence:** Your voice matters—engineers here are empowered to lead change and drive results* **Fast‐Paced & Hands‐On Environment:** No two days are the same; you'll be close to the process and the people* **Continuous Improvement Culture:** We invest in better ways of working and support innovation at every level* **Growth & Development:** Opportunities to expand your technical skills, lead meaningful projects, and advance your career* **Collaborative Team:** Work alongside passionate professionals committed to doing things the right way**Physical Demands**These physical demands represent the requirements necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.
