The company develops advanced solutions for emerging and legacy wireline and wireless technologies used in commercial, private, military/aerospace, government, and other markets.As a Manufacturing Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies, and final assemblies.Key ResponsibilitiesControlling the release and maintenance of product documentation and specificationsInterfacing with design engineering in coordinating the release of new productsEvaluating the designs of existing products and implementing re‑design efforts to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and reduce costEstimating manufacturing costs and making recommendation for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product linesThis position will be reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager based in Morgan Hill, CARequirementsBSEE or higherWorking knowledge of analog and digital electronics, including the ability to understand circuit schematic, and trouble shoot electronic assemblies down to component levelFamiliar with RF microwave theory and manufacturing processes, including RF test and measurement equipment, are highly desiredCompetenciesStrong initiative, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environmentEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
