Manufacturing Engineer

TRG Manufacturing Search Division is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a top commercial equipment manufacturer. This role is crucial for factory production and continuous process improvement efforts, especially considering the complex nature of their product mix, production volume, and variable schedules. We seek a versatile engineer with the skills to implement lean strategies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this role is a degreed Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management and leadership skills, both in office settings and on the production floor. Direct experience in sheet metal assembly processes and lean manufacturing is advantageous. In this prominent position, you'll have the chance to refine workflow processes for multiple new assembly lines. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in fabrication/assembly manufacturing
• Track record of success in executing cost reduction projects
• Formal training in Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, PDCA) preferred, with classical industrial engineering skills as a bonus
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems and AutoCAD for jig and fixture design
