Job Description: Responsibilities: * Designs and develops manufacturing processes for products. * Such design and development may include new or revised processes. * Develops procedures in cooperation with quality and production departments. * Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables; and services, troubleshoots and solves production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation. * Recommends tools and test equipment. * May make recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials. * Communicates with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage complex manufacturability issues from identification through resolution. * An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards, conventional machining, and special processes such as brazing, heat treating, chemical processing and/or painting. Education: 4yr STEM degree + 4years exp Exp: Strong knowledge of brazing and heat treating process. Customer facing experience with communicating and problem solving.
