Job TitleThis role reports directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for:Developing and optimizing MRO processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle timesAnalyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implementing corrective actionsCollaborating with technicians and quality teams to resolve technical issuesCreating work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating proceduresSupporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsEvaluating tooling, equipment, and layout improvements for operational efficiencyAssisting in new product introduction and transition into MRO workflowsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
