Description This role reports directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for: Developing and optimizing MRO processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions Collaborating with technicians and quality teams to resolve technical issues Creating work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Evaluating tooling, equipment, and layout improvements for operational efficiency Assisting in new product introduction and transition into MRO workflows Profile The successful candidate will have...
