Drive root cause & corrective action: Lead structured investigations and implement effective CAPA
Lead NPI execution:
Support prototype and pilot builds, ensuring smooth transition from engineering to production
Identify manufacturing risks early and drive mitigation plans
Develop initial assembly flows, test strategies, and process documentation
Collaborate with engineering on DFM and design readiness for production
Build and improve manufacturing processes: Develop, document, and optimize processes under formal change control (ECOs)
Enable robust testing: Use RF and electronic instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, power meters, HV systems) to ensure repeatable production testing
Elevate the team: Train and coach assemblers and technicians to improve diagnostics, reporting, and execution quality
Advance automation: Develop and implement fixtures, tooling, and automated test systems to increase efficiency and consistency
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive product maturity, yield improvement, and production readiness
