  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing readiness efforts
  • Create and maintain build documentation, process flows, and standard work instructions
Tooling & Fixture Design
  • Design, develop, and implement assembly fixtures, jigs, tooling, and test equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency
  • Support process optimization through tooling enhancements and ergonomic improvements
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
  • Investigate manufacturing issues, quality concerns, and production bottlenecks
  • Lead root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve build and assembly challenges
Build Readiness & Manufacturing Support
  • Coordinate material readiness, kitting, workstation setup, and build sequencing
  • Support engineering change implementation and revision control activities
  • Maintain accurate as-built records and manufacturing documentation
Continuous Improvement
