Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their Oldsmar, FL location.

Responsibilities:
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
- Cable harness experience and process documentation/writing are a plus.
- Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements.
- Support production operations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Design, procure, and implement tooling for manufacturing processes.
- Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans.
- Monitor equipment and tooling performance and drive corrective actions to ensure product quality.
- Provide manufacturing guidance on design concepts, specifications, and production techniques.
Requirements:
- Understands how the circuit card assembly process works.
- Cable harness experience and electromechanical subassembly experience are also beneficial.
